Darr & Collins, LLC Consulting Engineers is a full service mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering firm located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. D&C has a staff of fourteen (14) people – properly sized to produce intensive and timely results on the small projects, as well as provide dedicated staff on the large projects.
