D&C has one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the area.

We take a unique approach in the industry to develop our engineering staff.  We recruit college graduate engineers and graduates with technical associates degrees for their technical aptitude. Continued education is provided through a day-to-day mentoring process and regular in-house technical seminars.We encourage field experience and site observation.

We encourage our engineers to become licensed Professional Engineers.  Together, we share a vested interest in the success of the company and our client's projects.
