This Federal Bureau of Investigation Field Office facility in conjunction with GSA, is comprised of a three-story office building, two-story secured parking garage and associated annex. The office building consists of approximately 108,000 square feet of space around a centrally located 3–story atrium. Entrances to the secured parking garage are accessible from two floors. In addition, the facility includes a staff lounge and outdoor secured terrace. REES’ design carefully balances progressive collapse needs with sustainable daylighting and light shelf elements.
